Client Background

The client is an event planning agency that needed a dedicated website for a large online event, including event details, speaker bios, registration forms, and real-time updates.

The Challenge

With only two weeks until the event, time was tight. Their previous third-party registration platform had limited customization, couldn't showcase branding, and required manual data exports.

Our Solution

We rapidly built a responsive event website with a custom registration system (field validation, capacity limits, auto-confirmation emails) and a back-end dashboard with real-time registration stats and CSV export. The frontend uses SSR for fast load times; the backend API runs on an NCSE VPS.

Results & Impact

The site handled hundreds of concurrent visitors on event day with zero downtime. The client reported a smoother registration flow than their previous third-party platform, with much more professional branding.
